On the Options screen there is a Subscription button where you can view and temporarily disable your subscription. After doing that, you can go to the New Game screen to purchase permanent unlocks. Note that your subscription will not be cancelled! You will need to do that separately.

Alternatively, you can purchase the full game unlock IAP directly from within the App Store.
