Whenever an Action occurs in a land with your Presence, you will be prompted to decide what your Presence counts as. When the dialog appears, by default your Presence counts as Beasts and Badlands everywhere. Press on the options in a specific land to gray them out and indicate you want your Presence to not count as either Beasts or Badlands.

Example: In Wetland #5 your Presence will not count as either Badlands or Beasts. In Mountain #7 your Presence will count as both Badlands and Beasts.
