Have both games installed and up to date via Steam on the same computer. That's it! The games will automatically detect one another and allow all content (including DLC) to be played in either game.

Steam Workshop mods installed with Sentinels of the Multiverse will be detected and playable in Sentinels of Earth-Prime.
