The game asks Steam to show progress updates on achievements that require multiple steps. Recently, Steam changed the display of the popup so it doesn't show the progress, but instead can seem like you earned the achievement. We are in contact with them about fixing that on the Steam side, but if they don't change it, we will disable the popups in the next update of the game.
