I received a DLC promo code in the box of my tabletop version of Sentinels (or from an expansion of it), but I don’t see a way to add the code to my mobile app?

Unfortunately, the promotional codes are for Steam only, since mobile doesn't offer us a way to make DLC codes like we are able to for Steam. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
